History of Land of Lovely

Sarah Land, (hence where the name Land of Lovely came from), opened her first shop in small space in Henderson Center of Eureka in 2015. She left a 20 year stint in the financial industry to follow her dreams of opening a retail store. Her vision of having a place to shop for unique gifts, home decor, and even hosting different craft classes was embraced and welcomed by so many. When the current Old Town space opened up, she knew she had to move to that perfect location. Now Land of Lovely is housed in a beautiful historic building right in the heart of Old Town Eureka. In 2020, she also opened up (right next door), a Humboldt County inspired shop filled with local goods called, The Humboldt Mercantile. Land of Lovely's style has evolved and transitioned over the years from offering classes and vintage rentals, to now offering one of a kind gifts, unique decor, and more. We welcome you to visit and be inspired by the beautiful displays, lovely gifts, and our kind and friendly staff!

  • Shipping + Giftwrapping

    We are happy to offer shipping both online and in store. We offer FREE giftwrapping, please let us know during check out if you would like your items gift wrapped and if you would like to include a note.

  • Returns + Exchanges

    Returns: Your items are eligible for return within 14 days of your purchase, or delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition, and are valid for store credit only.

    Exchanges: You may do an in-store exchange within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in new, unused condition.
